cloud moves but the sky doesnt

work is officially ending in one hour and 18 minutes and with chorale ended already i guess ill be having alot of freetime when next week comes. well i feel like i havent properly rested (but okay thats a lie ive idled at home watching tv the whole day many a times before i started work) but it just feels a tad fast that my four month summer holiday is coming to an end and that in three weeks' time ill be whisked away to london, once again, and this time for a very long time.

ive watched quite a bit of movies (and also bought quite a few pairs of shoes, but thats another story altogether) in the last week. 881, bourne, hairspray.

everyone shd go watch 881. i watched it when it first came out and its fabulous how its drawing such a great response so proud of you royston tan! go singapore!

now ive got quite a bit to say about jason bourne. its great to be him because:
1. he has an inbuilt gps system in him. everywhere he goes, he is able to immediately know where to go and how to go and where to turn and all that. even through those little small street alleys which are probably not on the proper gps!
2. he seems to be fluent in alot of languages and unlike me he probably didnt have to spend 170pounds to have french conversational lessons and come out still not really knowing french (although at least i passed my tests)
3. he has endless amount of money, being able to jetset around the world at any time of the day and at his whim
and bourne the movie teaches road safety too. when crashing into a car, always wear a seat belt. you'll come out with minimal scratches while the other guy is sure to die.

hairspray was simply delightful because it has all my favourite actors/actresses in it and i swear the whole cinema, well okay maybe just the girls but thats not the point, swoon everytime zac efron does his little wink :D ahh. maybe its time i changed my man.. but then again a girl needs many different types of man so she can choose better right. anw throughout the whole movie eug and i were so afraid that john travolta and christopher walken would kiss. but of course john travolta only went as far as shaking his booty and he was really hilarious to watch. i loved the dresses in the show. wld love to catch the actual musical someday.
and as queen latifah sings:'cos im BIG blonde and beauuttifull!'

next up: poltergay, marmalade pantry( or toast i just need to have that iced lemon tea and nutella cupcake one more time), high sch musical2 (heh) , ulu islands(nus and ntu), suppers suppers, and lotsa family time. ;)
and meanwhile try to be really truly happy until its time to go back london :)
