the mango addict post was supposed to be bout me shoppin at mango n buyin a red top n dark green skirt for cny. n wad a mango addict i cld haf been bcoz i cld haf bought half the items there in my size. but then again. haha. im an addict. ;D
btw i painted my nails again today. figured tt since theres only four more days i shd just enjoy it fully. bah.

went suntec to collect my glamour pix today. gosh i look gorgeous muaha. i actually ordered two other pics. so i haf three of them. ;D nahh presently im too shy to post them on friendster or wad, but definitely when nab's done wif the gallery it'll be the first pics to go up there. heh. ;D my mum commented tt im a bit erm, zi nian kuang. hahahha. oops.

i'm definitely getting better. just have this irritating cough which i'm afraid might scare ppl away bcoz of well, sars n all. oh well.

went to send rach off at the airport yesterday night. expected myself to well, cry, n with rosh arnd thgs definitely gets a bit ugly, but nah. we didnt cry. in fact it was quite a happy farewell. we were laughin n jokin arnd as usual, n she was busy talkin to her relatives.

i guess the real feeling of her leavin us for five whole yrs set in when she went in, n went past the policewoman, n gosh. she's inside n i cant really hug her anymore. tt was when i started to tear.

it wasnt until i was waitin for my dad alone outside when i realised i was actually doing smthg silently. in my heart i was prayin to the one god tt i always believed exists tt rach will have a safe journey, n tt she'd be blessed wif courage to overcome whatever comes in her way, n well, to do well in whatever she does with tt attitude of hers tt ive always admired. n i f any tears were shed they were bcoz of my worries for her tt she'll be in a strange new world quite alone. but i haf faith in her. so u go girl.

yeah, so u can guess how silly i looked wif my dumbstruck-a-lil-teary face with cars whooshin past in front of me.

n oh yeah, forgot to mention. was talkin to this guy called david out of the blueo on msn. met him at his sch's councillor's 'investiture'. the ppl there were really friendly so me n hanisah exchanged emails, but he's the only one i stayed in contact with. well, actually just wanted to tell him that i got into vj for first three mths, but we ended up talkin loads. then he said he felt lucky to be talkin to me(after knowin how few guy frens i haf. lk two? ) so he decided to go buy toto. im nt sure if he really did buy, but im countin on it. we decided to split the winnings (if any) 80-20. heh no prizes for guessin who's takin the 80. hey, i mean, the inspiration came from me, right? ;D

wonderful to fall really sick on xmas day. had a fever last nite, but much better now, though i tried gg to see the doctor just now but it was closed coz there were too many patients. but it wasnt even four yet. hurmph.

had a wonderful xmas eve morning by the beach wif my lovely four female frens. though we were sittin under this bloomin tree which kept droppin small yellow flowers n occassionally a yellow worm on us, we had a wonderful time just chattin. i took a pic wif all of them on my phone! ahah. rach's one is now my wallpaper. ;D then i saw a really romantic thg. well, i wonder if any of u remember me sayin tt i wld fall in love wif any guy who serenades to me. well.. honestly, i was melting. too bad it wasnt to me. haha.

finally got to carol at ritz on xmas eve too, though i really cldnt sing tt night. n i forgot to ask them where the room was n i cldnt get any of the ppl(somehow i didnt bring the paper wif the numbers on it) so i had to call owen (whose number i got thru my sis) who was in the toilet. quite funny if u ask me. i cld hear the toilet flush.

xmas day was just, well, gd old xmas. though it was really great to see all the seniors come back and join the choir for the last session of carollin at raffles hotel lobby. the sops were great. thot i cld hear this wonderful sop behind me (must be chorale, i was standing third row) n she was slightly vibrato but really, wad a great voice. as the other yr zeros said, we cld just shut up n listen n no one wld noe. haha. okok. joke k. we did sing. ;D

went out wif sis kiat n evelyn today. supposed to go xmas shoppin,but ended up doing plain shoppin. wow i tink evelyn is one gd person to shop wif if uve got the money n time. haha. basically i was just keepin quiet while the three of them were talkin, but i was amusing myself by countin the number of guys i saw in pink. well. i tink the number came up to bout 6? yux.

it was rainin quite heavily so we got quite wet. silly me wore jeans n it was wet frm knee down. was teachin kiat the art of foldin umbrellas though. nt bad for first lesson. ;D

cant wait for carollin tmr. ;D i kept washin my dress though. i keep seein new stains here n there, n i was afriad tt there wld be marks when tt wet portion dries so i kinda soaked the whole dress n tried dryin it wif a hair dryer. well. its hanging by the window now, hope it dries by tmr morn.

just reached home. ahah genting was okaily cold, but i was indoors most of the time (shoppin ;D) so didnt get to see much of the scenery except to this garden outside where u cld see the beautiful clouds surrounding the top of the mountain n lotsa trees arnd.

1. Bus rides
Gosh nv sat for so long in a bus. except in greece but tts different bcoz we were gg places. Furthermore, the bus was quite slow n they kept stoppin at plcs for ppl to go toilet, eat, n goodness knows wad. the trip there was awful enough, but the trip bck was worst bcoz we were kept waitin on the bus while the drivers took their time to pump petrol, fill water, blah blah. n haha doesnt help tt most ppl on the bus were anxious to get home. so yup. awful bus rides. lucky michael buble n josh groban kept me awake. evanescence n linkin park made me feel lk jumpin so i decided nt to replay them. haha so yup i was listenin to josh groban on the way there n michael buble on the way bck.

2.Terrorism
Ahaha i experienced terrorism first hand at first world plaza, namely near the toilet. go figure.
n i wasnt tryin to be shy k.

3.Kyros Kebab
Haha was tryin to buy this Kyros Pita for my mum but the guy at the counter cldnt understand wad i was sayin. so i pointed to him the word 'kyros' n asked again. then he started saying 'kyros pita? kyros pita. ? so one kyros pita? kyros pita.' n he was just going on n on. gosh. took me so long to just order one pita. n when i asked him wad time they open in the morn (coz my mum was tinkin of eatin there for breakfast) he said 'nine. so i see u tmr morn?' n gave me an evil smile. then when i was leaving the other guy in the shop shouted 'bye kyros pita!'. From that moment i told myself nt to step into that shop again. arghh.

4.Phone
Ok can anyone believe it i scratched my 3 day old phone. Have no idea what did it, but haix, it looks lk some small teeth scratch marks on the screen. lucky its only on the top right hand corner. Still, im quite saddened by it. ;x

yup. so other than the fact tt i lost my room key card (sighh) n spent quite a lot on earrings n tshirts n a very nice denim jacket, yup. tts bout my genting trip in whole. n i really dun lk terrorism. *_- bah.

n yes. i got into vj sci for first three mths. quite a few of my frens didnt get in tho. well. lets just see after three mths lah. *cross my fingers*

RIGHT GRACIA? haha. oh n this girl made me walk to and fro in the rain just so i can fetch her with my umbrella to the bus stop. and haha, my umbrella's nt very big, so we were gettin wet all the same.

went shoppin for white shoes today. was made to take home this white dress yesterday-- looks pretty skimpy at first n i protested strongly against taking it, but actually its nt tt bad. a bit big though, but nvm, i really dun wan to go look for white attire. ;x so yeahh, the only thg left for carollin is the memorising of the songs. pffft.

went eastpt on my way home to get smthg for my sis- saw an acapella grp singing. i tink my mum heard where they were frm. sighh my mum made me stand there listenin to them. lucky i met valerie, provided some company lah huh.
